WORST GOLFER CONTEST RULES

1. Sponsor

The Worst Golfer in Dallas Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Kingfisher Golf (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s website is located at kingfisher-golf.com.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Contest are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on May 1, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

The Contest Period includes the following phases:

  • Submission Phase: March 1, 2026 – April 5, 2026

  • Finalist Review and Announcement Phase: On or about April 6, 2026 – April 15, 2026

  • Community Engagement / Voting Phase: On or about April 16, 2026 – April 25, 2026

  • Winner Announcement Phase: On or about April 26, 2026 – May 1, 2026

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust phase dates in its sole discretion, provided the Contest Period end date remains unchanged.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must submit an entry through the official Contest submission form available on Sponsor’s website during the Submission Phase.

Entries may include text, photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other content as permitted by the submission form (“Submission”).

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Submission Requirements and Representations

By submitting an entry, each participant represents and warrants that:

  • They are the sole creator and owner of the Submission, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions

  • The Submission does not infringe upon any third party’s rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights

  • The Submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material

  • The Submission complies with all applicable laws and these Official Rules

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that violates these requirements.

6. Grant of Rights (User-Generated Content License)

By submitting a Submission, each participant irrevocably grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, perform, and create derivative works from the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotion, social media, website content, and future campaigns, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

Participants waive any moral rights or rights of attribution with respect to the Submission to the extent permitted by law.

7. Review of Submissions and Selection of Finalists

All Submissions will be reviewed by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.

Based on criteria determined by Sponsor (which may include humor, creativity, originality, and alignment with the spirit of the Contest), Sponsor will select a limited number of Finalists.

Finalists will be announced on Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels on or about April 15, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure by a participant to receive or view finalist notifications.

8. Winner Selection

From among the Finalists, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or about May 1, 2026 via Sponsor’s website and/or social media channels.

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

9. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • The honorary title of “Worst Golfer in Dallas” for a period of one (1) year

  • One (1) free round of golf, awarded via a gift card to a public golf course in Dallas, Texas (course determined by Sponsor)

  • Two (2) weekend tickets to the CJ Cup Byron Nelson golf tournament

  • Kingfisher Golf merchandise, including polos, hats, and shirts, selected by Sponsor from its current catalog

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be disclosed prior to prize fulfillment.

10. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible Submissions received.

11. Winner Verification

The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within a timeframe specified by Sponsor.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the participant’s name, likeness, voice, city/state of residence, and Submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

15. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.

16. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at kingfisher-golf.com.

17. Winner List

The name of the Grand Prize Winner may be obtained by submitting a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days of Contest completion.

18. No Affiliation / No Endorsement

The Worst Golfer in Dallas Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

  • The City of Dallas, the State of Texas, or any municipal or governmental entity

  • Any golf course, golf facility, or golf club, including but not limited to public or private courses located in Dallas, Texas

  • The PGA Tour, CJ Cup Byron Nelson, its organizers, sponsors, venues, affiliates, or any professional golf association or tournament

  • Any third-party brands, venues, or ticket issuers referenced in connection with the prizes

All trademarks, service marks, and event names referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for prize description purposes.

19. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

20. Prize Conditions and Event Disclaimer

Prizes involving third-party events or venues are subject to availability, event scheduling, and the terms and conditions of the ticket issuer or venue.

Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties. In the event a prize or portion of a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
